Welcome to LeopardSafe ("we", "us", "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website at https://leopardsafe.org (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Service description

The Service enables users to compose and send complaint emails to government addresses using a simple form. With your permission, we may send the complaint using your Google account (via OAuth) or from our platform email if you choose that option.

2. User obligations

  • You represent and warrant that you have the right to submit the complaint and any content you provide.
  • You will not use the Service to send unlawful, abusive, infringing, or fraudulent content.

3. Email sending and authorization

If you authorize the app to send email via your Google account, you grant us permission to send the specific message composed through the Service. We request only the minimum Gmail permission required (gmail.send). Alternatively, you may choose to have messages sent from our verified platform email address; in that case we act as the sender on your behalf and include your contact details in the message body or Reply-To field.

4. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LeopardSafe and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. We are not responsible for the content of complaints submitted by users or for the actions of recipients of those complaints.

5. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for operational reasons. You may stop using the Service at any time.

6. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law rules.

7. Changes

We may modify these Terms. We will post the updated Terms with a new effective date. Continued use after modification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
